ArtHome CRM brings lead information, service details, sales activity, bookings, branch follow-up and conversion outcomes into one controlled workspace. Authorized teams can see the context they need without relying on memory, spreadsheets or disconnected messages.

When an authorized business connects its Meta assets, ArtHome CRM can receive leads submitted through Meta Instant Forms, associate them with the relevant campaign, ad, creative and form, and route them to the appropriate sales or branch workflow. The system may send selected downstream lead-status events back to Meta through the applicable Conversions API integration so advertising can be measured and improved.

Sales teams can review service information, record the first conversation and create the next action. Branch staff can prepare for an appointment, add information collected in person and record attendance or payment outcomes. Authorized users see a consistent history of the lead lifecycle.

Access is limited to authorized users. ArtHome CRM uses role-based permissions, audit logging, secure server-side integrations and documented deletion procedures. Personal data is processed only for defined operational purposes and in accordance with the applicable controller instructions, data-protection agreements and published Privacy Policy.
